The old adage that ‘leaders are born, not made’ is simply untrue. While some may find the journey easier than others, leadership is an exciting challenge and the skills, behaviours and attitudes of a great leader can all be learned. This programme is ideal for leaders who want to develop their skills and confidence and manage their teams more effectively. It’s also an invaluable resource for new and aspiring leaders.

We believe there are three main components of great leadership.

1. Personal leadership: Understanding your strengths and development areas and developing a strong sense of self-awareness by exploring your own attributes, effectiveness, working relationships and strategies for improving self-awareness.
